Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghost Launchpad services ("Service"), operated by megabyteisland.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ghost Launchpad provides managed Ghost CMS hosting, including Starter, Pro, and Headless plans. We provision, configure, and maintain Ghost CMS instances on your behalf. Specific features and limitations are described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • Annual plans offer 2 months free compared to the monthly rate.
  • Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
  • Orders are reviewed and confirmed by our team within 24 hours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Host illegal content or engage in unlawful activities.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure.
  • Violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Uptime & Service Levels

We target 99.9% uptime for all hosted instances. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, DNS issues, or force majeure events.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content published through your Ghost instance. We will provide data exports upon request and upon account termination.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, megabyteisland.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
